TSO Environment and Administration Manager

The many LOGON Parameters (over 200) are grouped into sections and organized to have the most frequently used ones on the first few screens. All of the information the User enters is saved in an Installation Profile Data Set. By changing the SAVE specification (in the upper right hand corner), the User can make changes that won't be saved, making the next LOGON start the same way this one did.

During the first LOGON, the fields in the WORKATTR Segment were filled in from similar data already available, making this a convenient way of creating this data, which is used by USS and APPC. This was actually done in Installation customization code, so what data goes where is up to the installation.
