TSO Environment and Administration Manager Trial License Agreement
Laid Back Software, Inc., a California Corporation, is providing a trial copy
of the TSO Environment and Administration Manager for companies that
wish to evaluate it for possible purchase. By downloading the trial copy,
you are agreeing to the following:

The software will be installed only for evaluation and test purposes and will
NOT
be used in a production environment.

Testing will be limited to at most three LPARs.

No attempt will be made to crack the program license and program protection
schemes of the software in order to bypass the limitation of the trial license
or to use the software beyond the trial period.

If the installation choose NOT to purchase a license for the software,
all copies of the software will be removed from Data Sets capable of
running it.

Technical Support for trial licenses will be performed by Laid Back Software
on a "best effort" basis. But keep in mind that we wish you to purchase a
license for the software, so you're not going to be ignored.

Laid Back Software is not liable for any problems or damage to the
trial licensee's OS/390 or z/OS Systems as a result of installation
of this software and any attempt to utilize it.
This includes both direct and consequential damages.
The installation is expected to utilize reasonable precautions in the
installation, testing, and evaluation of the TSO Environment and
Administraion Manager to prevent any injury to production environments.
Appropriate procedures should be exercised to protect the testing environment
as well.
Please note that while this
trial copy
is
the most current release
available,
there may be several outstanding fixes for it not included in the trial package.
Laid Back Software will provide any fixes along with the License Key.
